HandleHero’s Role

HandleHero provides chat, lead capture, lead qualification, automation, and communication technology for businesses, agencies, and their clients.

When you use a HandleHero-powered widget on a business’s website, you are generally communicating with that business, agency, or service provider, not directly purchasing services from Coreva.

Coreva provides the technology that helps collect, process, organize, and route your inquiry. The business or agency shown in the widget is responsible for the products, services, pricing, appointments, estimates, offers, communications, and follow-up related to your inquiry.

No Guarantee of Service, Pricing, or Availability

Information provided through the widget may include general business information, service descriptions, availability, estimated pricing, appointment options, or other responses.

Unless clearly confirmed by the business directly, information provided through the widget is not a final quote, contract, guarantee, appointment confirmation, or binding offer.

You should verify important details directly with the business before relying on them.

AI-Generated Responses

The widget may use artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, or large language model technology to generate responses, answer questions, qualify inquiries, summarize conversations, or assist with routing your request.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or not applicable to your specific situation.

The widget does not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, emergency, or other regulated professional advice. You should not rely on the widget as a substitute for professional advice or direct confirmation from the business.

Information You Submit

When you use the widget, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, service request, message content, property or project details, appointment preferences, and other information related to your inquiry.

By submitting information through the widget, you authorize Coreva, HandleHero, the business, agency, and relevant service providers to collect, process, store, and transmit that information to respond to your inquiry, operate the widget, provide follow-up, improve services, and support related business operations.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and appropriate for your inquiry.

Communications and Follow-Up

If you provide your phone number, email address, or other contact information, the business, agency, or their service providers may contact you about your inquiry.

Depending on the business and your interaction, this may include calls, emails, text messages, or other communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you have permission to use it.

Third-Party Businesses and Agencies

Coreva is not responsible for the actions, services, pricing, promises, estimates, appointments, products, work quality, communications, or business practices of any third-party business, agency, contractor, service provider, or website using HandleHero.

Any transaction, appointment, purchase, estimate, service agreement, or dispute between you and the business is between you and that business.

Webhooks, Integrations, and Third-Party Tools

The business or agency using HandleHero may connect the widget to other systems, including CRMs, calendars, email tools, SMS tools, automation platforms, analytics services, or webhook destinations.

Information you submit may be transmitted to those connected systems for business follow-up and operations.

Coreva is not responsible for third-party systems controlled by the business or agency.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the widget to:

• Submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud others.
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious code.
• Attempt to access systems, data, conversations, or accounts without permission.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the widget or platform.
• Use the widget for illegal activity.

We may block, restrict, or disable access to the widget if we believe use violates these Terms or creates risk.

Privacy

Information submitted through the widget may be processed according to Coreva’s Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of the business or agency whose website you are using.

Because the business or agency may independently collect and use your information, you should also review that business’s privacy policy.

No Warranties

The widget is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Coreva does not guarantee that the widget will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available at all times.

Coreva does not guarantee any response time, appointment, quote, lead outcome, service result, or business action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreva Technologies LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from your use of the widget.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreva’s total liability for claims related to your use of the widget will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of a HandleHero-powered widget after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
